Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. BuzzBID offers month-to-month and yearly billing with no long-term contracts. Yearly billing includes a discount ranging from 13% to 42% depending on the tier, but you are not locked in — cancel or downgrade at any time. 
What is included in the monthly and yearly price?
Every price includes the software, all updates, technical support, and unlimited training. There are no add-on fees for updates, no support tickets that unlock premium tiers, and no cap on how many training sessions you can request. 
Does BuzzBID charge per seat or per license?
Both options are available. BuzzBID can be configured with single or multi-user databases and with dedicated or shared license assignment. This gives smaller teams a way to share licenses across estimators while larger teams can assign dedicated seats. 
Which tier should I pick for fireproofing bids?
BuzzBID FireShield is built specifically for fireproofing estimators. It includes everything in BuzzBID Advanced plus UL Fire Test integration, ClickONCE structural member detection, board foot calculations, calculated heated perimeter and flute fill, shop drawings optimization, and the inspector spray report. Cementitious, intumescent, and spray foam are all supported in one integrated workflow. 
Do all customers pay the same price?
Yes. Whether you are a single estimator or one of the largest contractors in the country, you pay the price published on this page.
